Scope and controller

This notice applies only to the Entropi Labs company website at ntrpi.com. It is not a privacy policy for Starfish or any other Entropi Labs product.

The controller is Entropi Labs FlexCo, Am Tabor 36, 1020 Wien, Austria. Privacy inquiries may be sent to info@ntrpi.com.

Website delivery and technical data

When you visit this website, technical data required to deliver and secure the site may be processed, including your IP address, request time, requested address, browser information, and security-related request data. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website is delivered using infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area using recognized safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Contact inquiries

If you use the contact form, we process your email address, message, optional name, submission time, and limited technical data used to prevent abuse. We use this data solely to receive, assess, and respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry concerns a possible or existing contractual relationship, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business inquiries.

Email delivery provider

Contact-form messages are transmitted by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), acting as an email delivery service provider. Message content and delivery logs may be processed in the United States. Resend states that EEA transfers are covered by its Data Processing Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework as an additional transfer mechanism. Retention

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and longer only where legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims require it. Resend states that email and log data on its standard plans is retained for 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. It does not create user accounts or build visitor profiles.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), dsb.gv.at.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website or its processing changes. The current version and revision date will always be published on this page.
